Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Orders ship from our partner warehouses, which is why delivery takes 6-12 business days.

Processing time

Orders are processed by our partner warehouse in 3 business days before they ship. Processing can take longer during peak seasons, promotions or holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 6-12 business days after your order ships. These are estimates and can change because of carrier delays, weather or other transport problems.

Tracking

If something goes wrong

If tracking shows no movement for 45 days, we refund or replace your order. See our refund policy.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but your parcel did not arrive, we need official carrier documentation, for example a USPS Missing Mail Search result, a carrier non-delivery certificate or confirmation from your local post office. Without it, we cannot issue a refund.
