1. 90-Day Return & Risk-Free Guarantee

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within this 90-day window.

Eligible Reasons Include:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the item
  • The item does not meet your expectations

To be eligible:

✔ Return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
✔ Items must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
✔ Return must be approved by our support team before shipping

📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
📌 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

LeafyHabit reserves the right to review and verify all claims and may deny requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.


2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility (Fulfilment Issues)

If the issue is due to a fulfilment error or damage during transit, we offer a refund or replacement.

2.1 Damaged on Arrival

2.2 Defective Product

2.3 Wrong Item Received

2.4 Missing Items

✔ Missing items will be refunded or resent

2.5 Order Not Delivered

Refund or replacement if tracking shows no movement beyond:

45 days — USA

2.6 Carrier Delivery Error

✔ Covered when the carrier is at fault

2.7 “Delivered but Not Received”

Requires official carrier documentation such as:

  • USPS Missing Mail Search
  • Carrier-issued non-delivery certificate
  • Local post office verification

📌 Without documentation, refunds cannot be issued.

2.8 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfilment begins.
Once processing has started:

❌ Cancellation is not possible
❌ No refund can be issued


3. Refunds Not Granted

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Package returns due to refusal of delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address was provided
  • Failed or missed delivery due to incomplete contact information, including a missing or incorrect phone number, where the carrier was unable to reach the recipient for delivery coordination
  • Tracking shows “Delivered” and no carrier documentation is provided
  • The product shows clear signs of intentional damage, misuse, or alteration
  • The return request is submitted after the 90-day window

📌 To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information, including a valid phone number, at checkout. LeafyHabit is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect contact details.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Your bank may require additional time to post the funds
