Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Free US shipping to the 48 contiguous states + DC (not Alaska, Hawaii or US territories). Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Shipping then takes 6-12 business days.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, with tracking all the way to your door.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Updates can take 24-72 hours to appear. You can also use our tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Email support@leafyhabit.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns & guarantee

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from delivery to ask for a refund, for any reason. Returns must be approved by our support team before you ship them. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Full details in our refund policy.

How does the guarantee work?

Email support@leafyhabit.com with your order number. We approve the return, you send it back, and we refund you.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time.

Which product is right for my pet?

Start with what you notice most. Stiff, slow mornings: the Glow Leg Pad. Slipping on smooth floors: the anti-slip grip socks. Needs a hand on stairs or getting up: the lift support harness. Always hunting for a warm spot: the self-warming mat. Need an easy-clean layer for the bed or floor: the washable pee pads. Not sure? Email support@leafyhabit.com and we will help you choose.

Do you have products for cats?

Yes. The Glow Leg Pad and the self-warming mat are made for older dogs and cats. The grip socks, lift harness and washable pee pads are made for dogs.

Which size should I choose?

Sizes are listed on each product page. Not sure? Email support@leafyhabit.com with your pet's breed and weight before you order and we will help you choose.

Are these medical products?

No. They are comfort products, not medical devices. Follow the instructions for each product, stay nearby when your pet first uses it, and ask your vet first if your pet has a health condition.

How do I use the Glow Leg Pad safely?

Wrap it around a front or back leg, switch it on and start with a short session. Stay nearby and check the skin after each session. Do not use on wounds, broken skin or near the eyes. Not for puppies or kittens. USB powered - phone charger or power bank, not included.
