1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all continental U.S. states (48 states + Washington DC), excluding Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories are also excluded
2. How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time : 6–12 business days

3. Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If your items are located in different warehouses, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery.
4. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we offer 90-day return from the date your item is delivered along with a 90 Days Risk Free Trial for our products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Returned only after receiving approval from our support team
Eligible reasons for a return:
✔ Changed your mind or no longer want the item
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged or defective item
✔ Missing items
✔ Package lost in transit
📌 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
📌 Unauthorized returns, used items, or returns outside 90 days are not eligible.
6. What if my package is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we require official carrier documentation for further review.
Examples include:
- USPS Missing Mail Search results
- A carrier non-delivery certificate
- Confirmation from your local post office
📌 Without carrier documentation, refunds cannot be issued.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so cancellation is not guaranteed.
